Race-week road restrictions make late equipment movements difficult. We help prepare your already-booked terrace, apartment or private hospitality space, with delivery times, crew access and storage agreed before the guest programme begins.

A defined scope before the crew arrives.
The local production scope covers furniture placement, branded welcome points, temporary sound and lighting, and supplier coordination. Viewing rights, tickets and permitted guest capacity are checked with your venue provider. Setup plans cannot assume unrestricted vehicle access or a last-minute delivery route.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.
