Packaging samples need good lighting and a display that makes their finish easy to see. We prepare temporary product and hospitality spaces around LUXE PACK from your approved drawings, sample list and material specifications.
Local setup
A defined scope before the crew arrives.
Our local scope can cover display furniture, print installation, presentation equipment and a small reception setup. Samples are positioned according to your instructions, with packing and storage responsibilities agreed in advance. Work inside the exhibition requires the organiser and venue permissions applicable to your stand.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.

We supervise the agreed installation, checks, event cover and breakdown, with a clear handover to your team and the venue.

Practical questions.
Your team provides handling and positioning instructions. We agree who unpacks, moves and signs off each item, and whether protective materials or specialist handlers are required.
We use the samples and references you supply and seek approval before production. Supplier tolerances and any material substitutions are documented rather than assumed to be exact.
The venue address or shortlist, installation and removal dates, guest count, floor plan if available, equipment needs and the tasks you want us to handle. Include your planner or venue contact and a budget range.
