A short interview slot depends on a room that is ready when the speaker arrives. We install temporary lighting, sound and scenic elements for your SPORTEL content team, following the production requirements and rights instructions you provide.

A defined scope before the crew arrives.
The brief covers camera positions, microphone choice, background noise, power and file handover responsibilities. For presentations or sponsor receptions, we can also coordinate screens, furniture and supplier timings. Recording and distribution remain subject to the permissions held by your own rights and editorial teams.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.

Practical questions.
We can assemble a crew against a defined specification and availability. Camera count, audio, editing, file delivery and usage permissions should be agreed before the quote is confirmed.
Your rights or editorial contact must approve the footage and permitted use. Our technical role is to prepare and operate the agreed playback setup.
The venue address or shortlist, installation and removal dates, guest count, floor plan if available, equipment needs and the tasks you want us to handle. Include your planner or venue contact and a budget range.
