A local crew for visiting event professionals · Cannes
Bring the showcase. We help make it work on site.
Visiting event teams often arrive with their own concept, suppliers and technical preferences. Cannes Agency can take a defined local package for your Heavent programme, from receiving equipment to installing a demonstration area or preparing a partner reception.
Local setup
A defined scope before the crew arrives.
We agree the responsibility split with your producer before work begins. Equipment lists, power requirements, test times and approval contacts are recorded in the crew brief. Work inside the official event follows its supplier and access rules; off-site hospitality has its own venue checks.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.
