Your activation concept may be approved long before the practical details are settled. Cannes Agency takes the production brief on site: checking the loading route, organising local crew calls and fitting branding, sound and lighting into the time available.
Local setup
A defined scope before the crew arrives.
A beach takeover and a meeting apartment have different access constraints. We map deliveries, storage, equipment positions and removal with your venue contact, then keep a shared setup schedule. During opening hours, a production lead can coordinate adjustments so your own team can stay with the programme.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.
