A defined scope before the crew arrives.
Before rehearsals, we check playback formats, audio levels, screen sightlines and connectivity needs. For rented apartments, the plan also covers equipment access, cable routes and furniture protection. Operators and local runners can be scheduled for specific sessions instead of assuming the same crew is required all week.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.

Yes, subject to its rules and available space. We review access, power, sound limits, connection requirements and removal timing with the host before committing to an equipment package.
