A yacht reception introduces access and equipment constraints that do not exist in a hotel room. We coordinate temporary hospitality setup with your captain or venue contact, checking what can be brought aboard, when and by which route.

The production brief covers permitted equipment, power, surface protection, storage and a clear embarkation area. Shore-side suppliers need coordinated arrival slots and a removal plan. Any dockside work, tender service or access inside the show remains subject to the relevant operator and organiser approvals.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.

Practical questions.
Not automatically. Size, weight, power, stability and protection need approval from the captain. We specify temporary equipment only after reviewing the onboard restrictions.
We coordinate the access requirements supplied by the responsible operator. Our setup service does not include official tickets, berths or unrestricted port access.
