Press timings, guest arrivals and venue access can change during the Festival. We prepare a local production schedule for your private event, covering the crew, equipment, deliveries and handover points that sit behind the guest programme.
Local setup
A defined scope before the crew arrives.
Typical tasks include installing a press wall, preparing interview lighting, checking microphones and organising the reset from daytime meetings to an evening reception. Access is confirmed with the property or organiser before deliveries are scheduled. We do not supply official Festival invitations or accreditation.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.
