Inside the venue, responsibilities and approved providers must be checked with its team before any equipment is booked. Confirm the venue, event dates and access conditions for your specific programme.
Your planner or brand team retains the overall programme. We agree the local production tasks, supplier responsibilities, approvals and handover times, then coordinate the people and equipment needed for that scope.
